Description: Wonderful Antique Victorian Fascinator Hat This is a great old Victorian hat. This beautiful old hat is made of light ethereal black silk chiffon. The crown features beautiful hand beading in a starburst pattern on a black silk over a lighter beige silk base. There are a few sprays of fabric flowers along one side. This is meant to be worn on the crown of the head kept in place with hat pins. Considering the age, the condition is nice vintage condition-there are some breaks in the silk on the crown under the beading-AS SHOWN. Please examine the photos as this is part of the description. Approx Measures front to back 14", side to side 12" Returns are not accepted on clothing or accessories due to size, fit or color. Hats may need some reshaping after shipment.
