Antique Royal Vienna Small Hand Painted Portrait Vase

Description: Gorgeous vase that is painted in a dark green that blends into a lighter green. The front features a portrait of a young lady. It is not artist signed. I am not really familiar with this mark or the age. The vase has been a family heirloom that has been passed down in the family to me. If anyone knows more about this lovely vase, I would love to hear from you. It is fully marked on the reverse in gold Royal Vienna with a crown and then Germany. The vase is not a large vase and measures about 5.25" tall by about 4.75" from one side to the other. The opening at the top measures about 2.25" wide. There is paint loss noted here and there on the vase with most of the paint loss around the upper rim. There is a scratch near the portrait to the right. Please see the photo. There is a small area on the bottom rear where the vase at one time hit something taking away the paint. It does not appear to be an actual chip. Again, please have a look at the photos. The inside of the vase appears to be a very pale yellow. I also noted a few, 2 black lines that go across her hair on the left side.
