Hand painted Limoges Charger with pink and yellow flowers and gilt enamel leaves and stems. Light blue embossed border with gold trim. Marked for Klingenberg & Charles Dwenger (AK) and Laviolette. Dates between 1900 and 1905, 12 1/4" in diameter. This antique hand painted AK Limoges porcelain charger plate is decorated with hand painted pink and yellow flowers on a cream color background. The flowers dangle from gilt enamel stems with gilt leaves. The Art Nouveau style decoration is highlighted by softly arched scroll-like accents at the bottom. The scalloped and embossed border is light blue and the plate is trimmed in gold. This antique charger plate has light wear on the gold enamel decoration, otherwise is in excellent condition, free of chips, cracks, repairs and crazing. It measures approx. 12 1/4" in diameter. It is marked in green, LIMOGES FRANCE with an arrow for Laviolette Limoges (1896-1905) and in red for Klingenberg & Charles Dwenger (1900-1910). The plate dates between 1900 and 1905.
