Description: Antique Dehillerin Splayed Sauté Pan Copper 19cm probably made by Gaillard. Most people don't know Dehillerin never made a single piece of copper ever. They are just a RESLLER. They would just stamp their name on the copper like they were producing it. The big huge rivets are a signature of Gaillard also the shape of the handle - very little curve in the handle. This is a very old experienced pan, it has seen a lot of use has a few small repairs - look at pictures. They are no big deal. It's a nice thick Window Saute which is pretty hard to find these days for decent money. Tin Lined With New Tin. French made. Pan looks like it has been used for many decades. Diameter 7.5" Height 2.125" Cast Iron Handle 5.5" Weighs Approx. 2.8 lbs Copper is Approx. 3.6mm thick. The Hand Wiped Tin Lining. Big Copper Rivets. See Pictures For Condition. Has dents and dings all over the Pan, See pictures. Pan is Dehillerin stamp is gone from wear. I guarantee it's Dehillerin - I bought 3 of these pans from one seller all the same the other pans still have some of the Dehillerin stamp still visible..
