Description: This is a nice antique Borough of Gilligham Council Minutes Nov. 1930 to Oct. 1931 that has the cover marked Medical Officer of Health. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some wear to the exterior but the interior is pretty clean with some minor foxing / browning to some pages.
