Description: Antique 1920s 1930s Black Net Lace Tiered Flapper Dress Black Silk Lining AS IS. This dress is mainly made of black lace with a black silk lining. There are three tiers to the skirt of this dress, the silk lining acts as the longest tier and has two tiers above it made of black net lace. The top tier features two ruffles made of black silk right bellow the hips. The sleeves of this dress are short and made entirely of the net lace material. There is a lovely little tassel on the left hand side of the bodice which is made of jet beads. There are snaps up the back of the silk lining for closures. Overall this piece is in lovely condition for being a century old. There are a few spots where the net lace has torn and the black silk is slightly discolored around the arm pits.
