I prefer a light floral or herbal smell, but this reminds me of the smell of a pink moisturizing Dove bar. Since it isn't pungent, I am very heavy-handed with it and like to feel like a smooth, dry powder puff before bed. As a pregnant lady in the summer, I can honestly say I get excited to rub it all over and know it'll keep me comfortable for longer. Be aware that if you get hot flashes or night sweats like me, it isn't a cure and you will still wake up damp. But it's nice to know you can take the edge off and stay clean and fresh for a little longer, and at least fall asleep feeling really un-sticky and clean! Fun bonus?
