Powerhead was lifted to access exhaust valve. Exhaust valve and control module were replaced. - Engine tested again to verifiy correct openning of exhaust valve.NOTE ON DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We provided a flat rate cost of $400 to a commercial address with forklift or docking. If our shipping cost is at least $50.00 lower than what we are quoting, we will refund the difference. FYI: We have shipped to GA for $300 and to Colorado for $500.00. MAXIMUM RPM OF THIS ENGINE: 5600 RPM This engine is designed to rev between 5000 - 5600 at WOT Wide Open Throttle. You must install a propeller with diameter and pitch that matches the combination boat size and type to engine HP in order for the engine to rev between 5000 to 5600 rpm at WOT If you want to return it, we will refund you what you paid minus original shipping cost, unless is our fault.
