Damaged Goods - If your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact me immediately so that I can begin the refund process. Please Note: You must keep all items and packaging, in case these need to be examined by the Royal Mail. A 100% Guaranteed Full Refund (including your cost of returning the goods) will be given for damaged goods. If you wish to keep the damaged goods and only have a partial refund of the price, this is possible. However, I will require clear pictures of the damage to make it possible for me to claim on the insurance. Unwanted Goods - If you do not want the items when they arrive, then you have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to return them. Please complete a Return Request on eBay within 14 days of receipt. Unwanted items must be received back within 21 days of receipt and must be in exactly the same condition as when sent (ie sealed/unopened and unused). A Guaranteed Refund will be given for the sale price and initial P&P of the unwanted goods. However, this will not include any of your postage costs for returning the goods.
