Description: Hand sourced from the shores of Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and Lake Huron are a variety of stones that are perfect for collectors, rock hounds, and lapidary use. Each bag includes a random selection of stones ranging in size from .25in to over 4in. For this reason, you will not receive the same amount of stones in every pound. Photos of dry and wet stones are just examples of types of rocks you will receive. It does not guarantee you will receive this exact type of stone, or a complete assortment of all stones mentioned. I do my best to send a wide variety of types and sizes in each pound. If you order more than one pound, they will be packaged together, unless you message me prior to ordering. Types of rocks may include, but not limited to: quartz (wide variety), chalcedony, jasper, banded iron (jaspilite), cold water agates, quartzite, citrine, hematite, porphyry, lightning stones, calcite, zeolites, pyrite, epidote, unakite, feldspar, basalt, gneiss, olivine, granite, gabbro, dolomite, breccia, brecciated jaspers, cherts, mica, rhyolite, and more.These stones are NOT recommended for polishing in a rotary or vibratory tumbler. Due to the wide variety, you are likely to have a bad polish. Of the Earth Elements' rocks, minerals, crystals, and fossils are hand sourced, and everything is hand made. No mineral/crystals are fake, manufactured, dyed, or bulk purchased for resale.
