Description: This is an original GM shaker hood scoop that fits the Olds 403 6.6 litre equipped 1978 and 1979 Pontiac Trans Am models. The scoop needs a couple of repairs. There is a small crack at the front center and a hole in one side. Otherwise it is a restoreable hard to find shaker hood scoop that the front has not been cut out like most have been. If you are good at fiberglass repair this will be great for you. The metal attachment base is still solid with some rust and original clamp ring is included. The GM part number on the back is 554533 made by Barnum Brothers. As hard as these are to find this one should be worth fixing as current reproductions are of poor quality.
