This Proof set is a must-have for any numismatist or history enthusiast. The strike is very crisp, and I see very little toning. I'm sorry my photos aren't as well-done as some. I don't know how to get rid of the glare, but the coins are really nice. NOTE: there is a small scratch on the back between the quarter and the dime. See the last photo. This set is a one-owner item - my husband. His grandmother started his collection in 1956 when he was just 9 years old. She gave him one each year until she passed. Then I kept up the tradition of giving him one at Christmas - the last one being 2022. Some years later he even bought additional ones. He loved them and I hope someone else now can feel the same way. I will pack it carefully in a bubble wrap envelope. We have always stored our items in our smoke-free and pet-free home.
