There is a small piece of plastic missing from the top edge. There are some minor scuffs and scratches on the surface - really hard to see.The original light kit is included - the 2 rivets that held it to the cardboard have pulled thru so it is loose. Great candidate for a rechargeable LED.I have not cleaned it - it is in as found condition....A true Christmas Miracle it has survived. Original box is included and is in overall nice condition. It will ship inside another box to protect it.
