Description: 28-page original lithographed booklet from the National Survey Company in Chester, Vermont, showcasing photos by Chas B. Thayer of the production of maps and charts for the army and navy during WW2. Briefly explains the process of map making and printing and shows multiple photos of staff members and work areas. Very neat piece of ephemera for anyone interested in WW2 or cartography. These are original copies, NOT reproductions! Please review all photos for condition and measurements. Excellent condition for its age. There is some minor yellowing and fading, especially on the covers, but no marks or tears in the pages or covers. Overall in excellent, readable condition. All reasonable offers considered. Check out my other listings; I combine shipping on most multiple item orders.
