Description: For bid is an original July 1939 booklet, "COLONIES AND RAW MATERIALS" by H. D. Henderson, number seven in a series of "Oxford Pamphlets on World Affairs." This little booklet has yellow covers and 32 numbered pages inside. Interesting booklet on colonial economics in the British Empire by Hubert Douglas Henderson (1890-1952), a noted British economic scholar, professor at All Souls College, and a Liberal politician. This is a scarce booklet on the raw materials produced by the British Colonies in the 1930's. It's in decent condition but has wear and stains to the yellow covers.
