Nicely rebound in half leather and marbled paper-covered boards, spines with five raised bands, with gilt lettering on morocco labels to compartments. Externally sound, firm, and clean with minimal signs of wear. Internally sound and firm. Patterned endpapers. Pages lightly age-toned with scattered minor blemishes and creasing to a few corners. One leaf in Vol. I (pp. 255/6) with some light discolouration and repaired tear to top margin and corner, otherwise a nice, tidy two-volume set. Please view images carefully to confirm condition.
