Description: This collection of Civil War prints and portraits from 1866 features Major General Hooker and the Battle of Chancellorsville. The pieces are all original and were produced in the United States during the war. They are a must-have for any militaria collector or history enthusiast. All pages are in excellent condition. The portrait and scene have some discoloration due to age and a small waterstain on the very bottom margin edge. The portrait/bio and the Battle sce both measure 9"x6" for the page and 7 3/" x 4 1/4" for the image. The scene has no artist given but I believe to be the work of H. Fenn. The map is superb. Made by H.H. Lloyd and it's incredibly white and clean with only a crease in the middle from where it was originally a fold out insert. It measures 7 1/4" x 6". The prints and portraits showcase the bravery and heroism of those who fought in the Civil War, and they make an excellent addition to any collection or display. With their historical significance and stunning artistry, these pieces are sure to be a conversation starter and a cherished possession for years to come.
